Christian mom under fire for defending nuclear family.
LGBT advocates are petitioning Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to delete the account of a Christian mother known as “The Activist Mommy” Elizabeth Johnston for stating in a video that she opposes the normalization of gender dysphoria, homosexuality and other forms of degeneracy in America.
Johnston revealed in a Thursday interview with CBN News that her account has been banned multiple times.
“I’ve been banned three times from Facebook for just simply stating what the Bible says about homosexuality and just found out yesterday that a Change.org petition has been started to attempt to petition Mark Zuckerburg to delete my page from Facebook,” she said.
Facebook delivered a half-hearted apology earlier this year for suspending Johnston’s account, likely due to the outrage it sparked from the Christian community.
Johnston is known for openly stating on her page that the Bible does not condone homosexuality.
“They are muzzling me and my biblical message while Mark Zuckerberg claims that FB is unbiased,” she said. “The post Facebook deleted included no name-calling, no threats, and no harassment. It was intellectual discussion and commentary on the Bible.”
The “Activist Mommy” often challenges Christians to stand up for God’s word and “use their voices on the burning issues of the day.” Her goal is to inspire others to stand against abortion, men using women’s restrooms and other “controversial” social issues.
The Bible describes homosexuality as an “abomination” in the book of Leviticus and “against nature” in the book of Romans.
