Satanic influence growing on college campuses across the country. —>
Student Satanists at Clemson University announced plans for a “live bloodletting and lamb sacrifice” along with a Bible burning ceremony and ritual, Heatstreet reported on 3/10.
Apparently, the Clemson Collegiate Farm Bureau will provide the students with a lamb for the ceremony. Attendees invited others to join in a “pentagram completion event” to commemorate the construction of the new Clemson Chapel dedicated to a student who passed away in a 2015 car accident.
Bible believing Christians ought to be wary of the enemy at all times. Satan is slowly infiltrating every crevice of Western popular culture from Hollywood to academia.
The word of God is being treated as an afterthought even by professing Christians, which leaves an open door for Satan to take control and steer people in the wrong direction.
The New Testament offers several passages on our adversary:
1 Peter 5:8 – Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
2 Corinthians 11:14 – And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
James 4:7 – Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
2 Corinthians 11:3 – But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
Ephesians 6:11 – Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Ephesians 6:12 – For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].
1 John 5:19 – [And] we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

It goes on to state that a live lamb will be provided for sacrifice by “[their] friends” at the Clemson Collegiate Farm Bureau. A Bible-torching ceremony is listed as part of the proceedings, with a cash prize for the student who burns the most Bibles. Finally, attendees are invited partake in a pentagram completion event, where they will “help summon Baphomet to celebrate the new Clemson Chapel.”
The “new Clemson Chapel” likely refers to the Cadden Chapel, a building currently under construction on the Clemson University campus. It is named after Samuel J. Cadden, a student who passed away in an automobile accident in 2015. WIS-TV reports that the student kept a bucket list of life goals within his Bible, one of which was to have a building named after himself at the university.
