Epic election victory made official today. —>
Donald Trump is officially the 45th President of the United States.
Attempts by the left to start an unprecedented coup in the Electoral College failed miserably. In addition to that, in an ironic twist of fate, Crooked Hillary ended up having more faithless electors today than Trump, who had only two out of 306. In fact, the former secretary of state made history as the only nominee over the last century to lose four electors.
They told us his early popularity was unsustainable, they told us his poll numbers would soon crumble, they told us he wouldn’t make it to Iowa, they told us he wouldn’t win a state, they told us he wouldn’t be the nominee, they told us he had a 2% chance of defeating Hillary.
Then Trump won 306 electoral college votes on November 8.
Election 2016 was a direct repudiation of globalism, the state-run old media, globalist oligarchs and international banks. This was a political insurrection, one that will be remembered until the end of time.
Against all odds, Trump won – and he won BIG LEAGUE.
WASHINGTON (AP) — There were many protesters but few faithless electors as Donald Trump won the Electoral College vote Monday — ensuring that the billionaire will become America’s 45th president.
An effort by anti-Trump forces to persuade Republican electors to abandon the president-elect came to practically nothing and the process unfolded largely according to its traditions. Trump’s polarizing victory Nov. 8 and the fact Democrat Hillary Clinton had won the national popular vote had stirred an intense lobbying effort, but to no avail.
Even one of Trump’s fiercest Republican rivals, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, said it was time to get behind the president-elect.
