FBI Director James Comey hints at possible Clinton Foundation investigation at House Oversight Committee hearing. —>
At today’s House Oversight Committee hearing on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server, FBI Director James Comey hinted at a possible investigation of the Clinton Foundation money laundering ponzi scheme.
In response to an inquiry on the Clinton slush fund scam, Comey paused before saying “I’m not going to answer that.”
While the response does not guarantee that the FBI is currently investigating other crimes committed by the Clinton family, Comey did not outright deny the claim and he did not answer any questions regarding the Clinton Foundation during the hearing.
It is protocol for investigators not to comment on open cases.
Hillary and Bill have used the foundation to accept bribery money from foreign nations who, in some cases, arm and fund radical terrorists. The Clintons are also guilty of negotiating weapons deals with the same countries that have donated to the fraudulent charity, which uses 90% of its proceeds for nefarious purposes.
The Clinton Foundation has been hit many times in regards to itshorrendous 2013 tax forms in which it paid out $30 million to employee benefits, $8.7 million in rent and office expenses, and $8.5 million on ‘travel’; however, the foundation only spent about $9 million on direct aid and charitable contributions. This among with other damning evidence that the foundation is being used as a ‘slush fund’ for Clinton Cash calls for good reason for an investigation to be opened on the foundation. Source
Other key points from the hearing:
-Comey confirmed that Hillary Clinton’s attorneys viewed classified information on her private server despite not being given security clearances.
-The FBI did not investigate allegations of perjury as a result of Clinton lying to Congress about sending/receiving top secret information and deleting classified emails in an attempt to subvert national security procedures.
-Hillary’s attorneys scrubbed the private server of both personal and work related emails, some contained classified material.
-Comey said he would punish an FBI agent for mishandling classified material and a promotion would be out of the question.
-The FBI director claimed Hillary did not have “criminal intent” when allowing her attorneys to view classified material and delete emails before handing the evidence over to investigators, but he could not define the difference between “criminal intent” and negligence.
-Evidently, the FBI never spoke to Hillary under oath.
-The FBI did not investigate evidence of several violations with regard to the circumvention of freedom of information act requests.
-Comey confirmed that Hillary did not turn thousands of emails over to ivestigators.
-Hillary lied about using only one device to access the server, Comey revealed that she used several devices to send/receive material.
Comey was asked about such claims, which she also made publicly, in a pointed exchange with Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C.
“That’s not true. … There was classified material emailed,” Comey said.
On her claim that she used one device, Comey also said, “She used multiple devices.”
And on her claim that she turned over all work-related emails, he said, “No, we found work-related emails, thousands that were not returned.”
“It’s apparent that she lied to the American people,” Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., later said of Clinton. Fox News
