A man connected to the Islamic State murdered a French police officer and his wife Monday night in Paris, France while live streaming the footage on Facebook – this French language news source reported.

The police officer was off-duty at the time of the attack.

Local law enforcement reportedly stormed the home following a hostage situation and killed the assailant who took the lives of Jean-Baptiste Salvaing, 42 and his wife – the parents of a three-year-old boy who officials found shocked but unharmed. Multiple witnesses testified that the attacker shouted “Allah akbar” while stabbing the officer and his wife with a knife.

The terrorist was later identified as 25-year-old Larossi Aballa.

“The anti-terror department of the Paris prosecution service is taking into account at this stage the mode of operation, the target and the comments made during negotiations with the RAID,” a source confirmed to The Daily Mail.

The incident was the first ISIS-related attack in France since the jihadist-inspired mass shooting in Paris last November that left 130 people dead.

It is unlikely that regressive leftists will use this story to push for “knife control” but we can surely expect them to once again absolve Islam of all blame.
