Watch: Marco Rubio Votes For Totalitarian Gun Ban In 1999

Florida Senator is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, once voted for totalitarian gun ban.

Breitbart uncovered a video yesterday in which Florida Senator Marco Rubio voted for a totalitarian gun ban during a Miami commissioners meeting in March 1999.

The video should put an end to the dispute between Texas Senator Ted Cruz and Florida Senator Marco Rubio, who have gone back and forth on which candidate truly supports the second amendment.  Cruz recently accused Rubio of voting to “ban guns from city parks” while serving as commissioner in West Miami City.

Rubio’s campaign fired back saying that the allegation was a lie:

“Senator Cruz is getting increasingly desperate and giving up on trying to tell voters the truth. Marco is proud of his strong support for and record of standing up for the Second Amendment and no amount of Cruz lies can change that.”

However, it turned out to be true.

The video below shows Rubio and three other commissioners voting in favor of a authoritarian firearm ban, a complete 180 compared to RINO Rubio’s current rhetoric on protecting gun rights.

  1. What Cruz has brought to the table concerning Rubio is true! Rubio did vote on a totalitarian ban of weapons in Miami, Florida, not throughout the state. And we in Florida know that he will follow through with this ban throughout the US as POTUS if elected!
I know Cruz has tried something similar as well. I personally trust neither of them the least little bit!

  2. Now we know for sure…Rubio is a liar as Cruz has claimed…which means if Rubio becomes the next POTUS much like Obama he does not plan to follow our US Constitution and will toss our 2nd amendment rights out of the window…not forgetting our US Constitution also encompasses our American Bill of Rights…So…Who’s side is Rubio actually supportive of…Liberals, or Conservatives who hold our US Constitution dearly to their hearts.
