Austrailian Politician: “We Are A Nation Of Victims” Due To Gun Control

Australian gun control laws have made “no difference” according to Australian senator, David Leyonhjelm.

The Australian senator recently warned the NRA that gun control laws enacted in 1996 have made no difference, Infowars’ Kit Daniels reports.

“We are a nation of victims,” he said. “You cannot own a gun for self defense… the criminals still have guns.”

“There’s a very vigorous black market for guns, so it’s not made the slightest bit of difference; if you want a gun, you can get one.”  Source

His testimony makes sense, criminals aren’t going to follow the rules so “gun-free” zones only stifle law abiding citizens as a result.

U.S. politicians remain stubborn about the issue despite irrefutable evidence suggesting that firearms lower crime.

The Washington Times reported that Obama will focus on gun control during his final year in office.  He doesn’t hesitate to arm terrorists overseas while subsequently lecturing Americans about gun ownership – the height of hypocrisy.
