Larry Klayman Sues NSA

Klayman’s suit against big brother spying will proceed.

Almost three years ago, Larry Klayman sued the NSA for illegally monitoring the actions of law-abiding Americans.  Judge Richard J. Leon eventually stuck his neck out and entered a preliminary injunction against the NSA and even President Obama.  The irrefutable proof that Obama’s actions violated our 4th amendment rights could not be ignored and the Justice Department did everything possible to delay their appeal as a result.

Today we learned the suit will proceed.

Criminal elements of the establishment cannot be permitted to violate the constitution whenever they please.  I commend Klayman for actively resisting the Orwellian big brother police state.

Unfortunately for the establishment, we outnumber them and we can fight back.  Supporting Klayman will aid in ending the use of dragnet surveillance programs that don’t catch any suspected “terrorists”.  Just as GMOs don’t actually help world hunger, the spying doesn’t actually make us safer – such rhetoric is a product of controlled politicians’ manipulative propaganda.

“With an NSA and a CIA that can gather information, our founding fathers wouldn’t have founded our country.  They’re getting people scared so that we don’t fight back anymore.  We’ve got to start doing something.  We’ve got to rise up because the country is going down the drain.  Nobody in Washington is willing to take on Obama, he’s won every battle.  The American people need to rise up.” _Larry Klayman on 9/17 Alex Jones Radio Show

It’s not about protection, it’s about control.

Thank you Larry Klayman.
