Rasmussen poll reveals 47% of Americans unhappy with race relations under Obama.
The question asked in the poll was “Since his election as America’s first black president, has Barack Obama brought Americans of different races closer together or driven them further apart? Or have his words and actions had no major impact either way?”
Only 20% of the respondents believed Obama was breaking down racial barriers, with a shocking 44% of black voters believing that there has been no improvement to race relations since 2008.
In a January poll, only 17% described race relations as “good” or excellent”. Presidential candidates Ted Cruz and Donald Trump blamed our current leadership for the poor numbers: “Obama has made decisions that I think have inflamed racial tensions,” Ted Cruz said in a recent interview, “that have divided us rather than bringing us together.”
Donald Trump was equally as critical: “Obama is the great divider, he has totally used race. And it should have been the other way around. He had an opportunity to unify and he didn’t do that, (race relations) are almost as bad as they have ever been in the history of the country.”
Electing a black president surely meant the end of racial tension in our country – and the beginning of a new egalitarian society.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work out that way.
As brainwashed, misguided members of society, such as Black Lives Matter, call for killing whites and police officers – it’s impossible to ignore the MTV, George Soros, Washington-backed manufactured race war. These issues have even invaded our schools as evidenced by the University of Wisconsin recently banning “racist” phrases including “I’m not racist” – a manifestation of the establishment’s divide and conquer strategy.
Obama is a puppet of the ruling class who successfully deceived the public to garner support, despite breaking promise after promise, supporting illegal spying, supporting illegal drone strikes, supporting illegal immigration reform, and lying on a regular basis.
